EACH MEMBER FISHING MUST HAVE A LICENSE (Except person under 18 years of age) Fines range to 5 figures, confiscation of fishing equipment and the boat.
You MUST send us a copy of your fishing license, before we can deliver the fishing equipment.
The Moorings/Sunsail customers must confirm via email that you will return the fishing equipment to the Moorings/Sunsail Customer service if you are leaving before we can pick up the equipment. (too much fishing equipment on this location going missing)
Fishing Restrictions in the BVI
SPEAR FISHING is not permitted in the BVI.
The use of SCUBA equipment to capture or remove any marine animal or coral is against the law.
Fishing within the boundaries of any marine park is strictly forbidden.
